One Tree Hill hunk James Lafferty is dating Eve Hewson, the daughter of U2 rock legend Bono (she was born Memphis Eve Hewson).
James, 25, and Eve, 19, looked like quite the couple on Tuesday (December 28) while watching the Leopardstown Horse Races with her dad and mom Ali from their private box in Dublin, Ireland. “They looked adorable together,” an onlooker tells JustJared.com. “Eve kept whispering in James’ ear and they exchanged a few kisses.”

When “One Tree Hill” returns on January 25th, it’s time for Brooke (Sophia Bush) to have her Bachelorette party – and those of us who knew Brooke in high school know that she throws a hell of a party.
The ladies of “One Tree Hill” begin their evening respectably, spa-ready in their bathrobes with a touch of champagne on hand, but by the time the night is over, Brooke’s engagement ring is missing… as is her dignity, when she (and her mother-in-law!) bump into Dave Navarro.
’Tis the season, and a mother’s work is never done. After years of making sure everything is perfect for her family, Joy Robertson (Daphne Zuniga) is saying “enough,” and decides to go on strike for the Christmas season. If her husband, Stephen (David Sutcliffe), and their kids want to have the perfect holiday, they will just have to organize it themselves. But as more and more women in town join the growing boycott and Christmas approaches, some of the families discover they have larger issues … and it turns out that a little holiday magic might be exactly what they need.
When Sophia Bush and her “One Tree Hill” co-star Austin Nichols returned from their trip to Grand Isle after the Deepwater Horizon exploded and oil began to spill into the Gulf of Mexico, they found themselves disheartened… and then they turned that feeling into action.
“We couldn’t get on the beaches, they threatened to arrest us, they wouldn’t let anybody help with the cleanup, and they also wouldn’t tell you where you could go to quote-unquote train to do cleanup,” Bush tells Zap2it. “They were really trying to shut people out. There was sort of this overarching feeling of helplessness, like, how are any of us supposed to make a difference with this if we can’t get our hands dirty, if we can’t volunteer, you know?”
That helpless feeling subsided during a visit with Bush and Nichols’ good friend singer/songwriter Amy Kuney. “My dear friend Amy came over, and she said, you know, I want you guys to hear this song ,” Bush says, referring to Kuney’s track “Gasoline Rainbows.”
Onetime Law & Order: SVU ADA Michaela McManus has booked a recurring role on The Vampire Diaries, sources confirm to me exclusively.
The actress will play Jules, a friend of Mason Lockwood’s who comes to Mystic Falls looking for the MIA werebeast (little does she know he got his heart ripped out by Damon two weeks ago).
The gig brings McManus back into the CW fold, where she spent two seasons as One Tree Hill’s Lindsey.
Her first Diaries episode is slated to air in December.
