The CW has posted about the featured artist for the theme song for One Tree Hill this week -- TEGAN & SARA! You may be familiar with their music from seasons one and two of the show and even later in season seven, so it was pretty cool to have them come back this season and take on Gavin DeGraw's infamous "I Don't Want To Be" this week.Listen to Tegan & Sara perform "I Don't Want To Be"!
